1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hbaje platform and all its services. By accessing the hbaje.lat website or using any of its services, you are legally and bindingly agreeing to these Terms.

hbaje is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. We offer sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming products.

These Terms have been drawn up entirely in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2.1 Account Verification

hbaje reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any time. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address, and verification of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

hbaje supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services. All amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hbaje supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Both deposits and withdrawals are available through each method. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals at hbaje are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this timeframe may change if a verification process is ongoing or under unusual circumstances.

3.4 Transaction Terms

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, hbaje reserves the right to conduct an investigation and place funds on hold.
• All successful deposits will be reflected in the account balance immediately.
• hbaje does not impose any additional charges on transactions; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

hbaje offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its players. These offers are provided under specific conditions and may be cancelled if not used correctly.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,200 bonus → total in account ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total in account ৳22,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete 10 times (10x) the wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can be claimed only once and on one account per player.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.
• Only deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are eligible for bonuses.
• Any fraudulent behaviour related to bonuses will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• hbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5. Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on hbaje are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. We use SSL encryption and Provably Fair technology.

5.1 Gaming Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game lobby or information section. Players must play within these limits.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, hbaje will make a decision based on the nature of the error and available information. hbaje's decision will be final regarding any winnings or losses arising from technical failures.

5.3 Game Providers

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaje platform. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or any fraudulent bonus strategy.

• Using fraudulent payment methods or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving aggressively toward other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the hbaje platform — logos, brand names, designs, graphics, software, code, databases, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of hbaje and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any part of the platform without our explicit written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

hbaje disclaims liability in the following circumstances:

• If service is interrupted due to internet outages, power failures, or other infrastructure issues.
• If loss occurs due to the failure of third-party game providers, payment providers, or software providers.
• If any loss occurs as a result of the user's own negligence or breach of the terms.
• If service is disrupted due to any unforeseen event beyond our control (Force Majeure).
